42 students of “Faculty of Design and Art” in Pilsen, Western Bohemia, are exhibiting their poster drafts to contemporary and classic Czech and foreign movies: from The Cremator to Dead Man. Presented posters include works of students coming from two studios (Department of Graphic Design and Department of Visual Communication) – the students were led by prof. Zdeněk Ziegler, doc. František Steker and Ditta Jiřičková. The exhibition also include posters designed in Department of Illustration Graphic Art led by Barbara Šalamounová. This project loosely follows three previous exhibitions of student posters, initiated by Terry Posters between 2006-2011. These were: Different Movie Poster / Department of Illustration and Graphics, Academy of Arts Architecture and Design in Prague; 0,7m2 Movie Screen / Department of Graphic Design 2, Faculty of Art and Design at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí and Labem and Different Views / Faculty of Fine Arts at University of Ostrava, Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava.
