15 July 1922, Svítkov u Pardubic- 1 Augut 1981, Prague Painter, graphic artist, cartoonist. 1943 School of Applied Arts, Prague (Prof. Richard Lander). 1945–1949 Academy of Applied Arts, Prague (Prof. Josef Novák). Foll worked as a graphic editor at SNDK (State Children’s Book Publishing House), and then became self-employed. He was a member of the Radar art group from 1960 to 1970. His work included adventurous and humorous theme illutrations and magazine drwaing. He expanded this repertoire by witty excursions into grotesque aspects of cartoon drawing and into advertising. He produced a large number of film posters and was also a member od the Central Film Distribution artistic committees.
