Born December 30th 1927.
Painter, illustrator, photographer and graphic designer.

He had studied at National school of ghrapic art in Prague (1947-1948), VSUP in Prague (1949 – 1953; J. Novak) and AMU in Prague (1954 – 1957, F. Tröster). His works are exhibited from 1954.

He was member of group Crossroad from middle of 60s, SCUG Hollar (from 1957), Frantisek Kupka association of czech artists , art group Geometry (from 1990), group Different geometry (from 1991) and S.V.U. Manes (from 1992). He had created movie posters between 1959 and 1964, 27 movie posters in total.

He was born December 30th 1927 in Kolin. From 1949 till 1953 he studied at Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design under prof. Jan Novak and between 1954 and 1957 in departure of scenography at Academy of Performing Arts in Prague under prof. Frantisek Tröster.

He is former member of group of czech designers Hollar. He attended exhibitions of czech constructivism from end of 60s, as well as club Konkretistu, which associate czech or foreign elementarists. He has many personal friends among construvists, mostly in Germany.
On the edge between years 1993 and 1994 the Wilhelm-Hack-Museum v Ludwigshafen am Rhein organized extenzive monography exhibition, that included very big catalog, with many interesting details.
He participade on many collective exhibitions in Czech republic, Slovakia, Germany, USA, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Switzerland, Japan and Sweden.
